I know exactly what you mean and this is often regarded by upper management. I was really happy to see that everyone at my company, from all levels, sat down together and brainstormed. One thing I haven't mentioned and maybe I should have was trying to schedule this workshop. It took a lot of planning to get everyone's calendars synced 😂
